Pediatrics

The Department of Pediatrics has three principal missions:

• To provide world-class quality of care to patients seen in the ambulatory setting
• To provide new knowledge in the field of children's health and to provide cutting-edge therapies through clinical trials to the children of North Philadelphia
• To provide Temple University School of Medicine students with world-class levels of instruction in the field of Pediatrics.

To achieve these missions, the Department also provides subspecialty care in the following areas:

• Infectious Diseases
• Critical Care
• Pulmonary Medicine

Temple Pediatric Care

Temple Pediatric Care (TPC) is our ambulatory pediatric service staffed by board-certified physicians who bring private office practice to our community.
