Concierge Services for Patients and Their Families

At Temple University Hospital, our friendly and capable Guest Relations representatives are available Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM and Saturday – Sunday, 12 PM – 4 PM to fulfill the non-clinical needs of our patients and their families. You can stop by our Guest Relations desk at your convenience, located in the Broad Street Lobby, or look for a representative during our rounds. We are happy to offer a range of services – from business to personal to travel – to meet your needs during your stay.
